We always aim to deliver your order as fast as possible; within two days if the item/s are in stock and within seven days if your order needs to be made. If there is any reason why we cannot fulfil this delivery time frame, we will always contact you to let you know what is happening.
If you are less than delighted with your item/s for any reason, you can return it/them unused and in the original condition within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Please make sure you include your contact details on the bottom of the returns paperwork. We aim to deal with all returns within 48 hours of receipt. If this is not possible, we will contact you. We are a small business so cannot always be available on the telephone but if you would like to speak to an adviser, please send your telephone number by e-mail or with your return and we will be happy to call you.
We advise obtaining a proof of postage certificate free of charge from the Post Office. It will be impossible to help you with your return without your item or proof of postage.
This is in addition to your statutory rights. Our clothes are designed to wash and wear with ease and stay with you for many seasons. If you are feeling dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us in the first instance by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org Explain your issue and we will either repair, replace (if still available) or refund the purchase price, if we agree with you.
